My name is Pedro and I am a certified Rolfer® born and raised in Castelo do Neiva Northern Portugal.

 

With Rolfing I help people to be more aware of their relationship mind/body and together we work towards a new alignment, posture and better balance.

 

Rolfing® had a great impact on my life and I couldn’t be just a witness and be on the receiving end of this work.

 

I feel a great meaning and purpose to have clients coming into my practice and witness the changes in their relationship body/mind as we progress with the Rolfing sessions.

And I feel a tremendous joy to see them leaving the practice better aligned, feeling the support from the ground and with their eyes looking towards the horizon.
